Egal, ob f\u00fcr Fans oder Einsteiger des gesunden Genusses lohnt sich auf jedem Fall, Matcha Schokolade einmal selber herzustellen. Denn Matcha enth\u00e4lt sehr viel Antioxidantien und ist ein wahrer Muntermacher, obendrein ist die K\u00f6stlichkeit nicht nur eine Freude f\u00fcr den Gaumen sondern auch f\u00fcr die Augen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ben\u00f6tigt werden:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>300 g wei\u00dfe Schokolade<\/li>\n<li>2 Teel\u00f6ffel <a href=\"https:\/\/www.insiderasia.de\/matcha-tee-pulver.html\">Matcha-Tee<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Thermometer<\/li>\n<li>Schokolade-Form<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Und so wird&#8217;s gemacht:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>200 g Schokolade zerkleinern, in einem Wasserbad bei 40\u00b0c langsam schmelzen, die Schokolade von Herd nehmen, den Rest der Schokolade zu der bereits geschmolzenen hinzuf\u00fcgen, diese ebenso schmelzen lassen. Wenn die Temperatur der Schoko-Masse bis auf 26\u00b0c gesunken ist, das gr\u00fcne Matchapulver einr\u00fchren, solang bis die Masse sch\u00f6n gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig gr\u00fcn ist. Diese nochmals kurz im Wasserbad auf 29\u00b0c erw\u00e4rmen und anschlie\u00dfend in die Schokolade-Form gie\u00dfen. Die Form leicht anheben und auf den Tisch fallen lassen, damit die beim Verr\u00fchren bzw. Einf\u00fcllen eventuell entstandenen Lufteinschl\u00fcsse entweichen. Die Schokolade bei Raumtemperatur \u00fcber Nacht fest werden lassen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tipps:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Die Schokolade sollte eine gute Qualit\u00e4t haben, die man auch sonst gern isst.<\/li>\n<li>Die verwendete Menge des Matcha-Pulvers kann je nach Intensit\u00e4t des Tees und individuelle Vorliebe variieren.<\/li>\n<li>Die fl\u00fcssige Matcha-Schokolade kann auch als dekorativer \u00dcberzug f\u00fcr Eis,\u00a0Pralinen, Kekse oder Kuchen verwendet werden.
