Ob als romantische Vorspeise, als Teil eines festlichen Men\u00fcs oder als gemeinsame Kochaktion \u2013 das Zubereiten der Sushi Herzchen macht Spa\u00df, st\u00e4rkt die Bindung und sorgt f\u00fcr unvergessliche Momente. Denn wie man so sch\u00f6n sagt: <span style=\"color: #696969;\"><strong>Liebe geht durch den Magen<\/strong><\/span>. \ud83d\udc95<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>\u2764\ufe0f Zutaten (4 Portionen):<\/h3>\n<p>Gekochter Sushi-Reis 600 g (ca. 250 g ungekochter <a class=\"product-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.insiderasia.de\/Premium-Sushi-Reis.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Reis<\/a>)<br \/>\n<a class=\"product-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.insiderasia.de\/Sushi-Essig.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Sushi-Su<\/a> 60 g<br \/>\noder<br \/>\n<a class=\"product-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.insiderasia.de\/Getreideessig.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Reisessig<\/a> 30 g<br \/>\nZucker 25 g<br \/>\nSalz 4 g<br \/>\n1 Messerspitze Rote Lebensmittelfarbe in Pulver-Form<br \/>\n4 <a class=\"product-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.insiderasia.de\/yaki-nori-takaokaya.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Nori-Bl\u00e4tter<\/a><br \/>\nF\u00fcllung nach Belieben, z.B.:<br \/>\nGurke, Avocado, Eier, Fisch<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>\u2764\ufe0f Anleitung:<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"color: #696969;\"><strong>Reis zubereiten:<\/strong><\/span> Reis unter flie\u00dfendem Wasser kurz absp\u00fclen und dann 30 Minuten im Kochtopf einweichen. Wasser hinzuf\u00fcgen, so dass es ca. 2 cm \u00fcber dem Reis steht. Reis kochen, bis das Wasser aufgenommen oder verdampft ist. Herd ausschalten und Reis auf der noch hei\u00dfen Platte 10 Minuten zugedeckt nachgaren lassen. Noch warmen Reis mit Sushi-Essig vermengen. H\u00e4lfte des Reises mit roter Lebensmittelfarbe einf\u00e4rben.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #696969;\"><strong>Gem\u00fcse und Eier vorbereiten:<\/strong><\/span> Gurke und Avocado sch\u00e4len, in feine Streifen schneiden. Eier wie <a class=\"custom-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.insiderasia.de\/blog\/tamagoyaki\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Tamagoyaki<\/a> zubereiten und ebenfalls in Streifen schneiden.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #696969;\"><strong>Sushi rollen:<\/strong> <\/span>Nori-Blatt auf die Rollmatte legen und darauf eine d\u00fcnne Schicht roten Reis verteilen, den Rand frei lassen. Frischhaltefolie auf den Reis legen, das Ganze umdrehen. Auf der anderen Seite des Nori-Blattes wei\u00dfen Reis verteilen, nach Belieben die F\u00fcllung auflegen. Mit Hilfe der Rollmatte aufrollen.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #696969;\"><strong>Herzform erstellen:<\/strong><\/span> Die Sushi-Rolle in der Matte vorsichtig in eine tropfenf\u00f6rmige Form bringen. In gleichm\u00e4\u00dfige St\u00fccke schneiden und nach Wunsch drapieren.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<hr \/>\n<div id='gallery-1' class='gallery galleryid-2752 gallery-columns-4 gallery-size-thumbnail'><figure
