Der Name \u201eTeriyaki\u201c setzt sich aus \u201eteri\u201c (Glanz) und \u201eyaki\u201c (grillen\/braten) zusammen und verweist auf die appetitlich gl\u00e4nzende Glasur, die beim Karamellisieren der Sauce entsteht.<\/p>\n<p>In diesem Rezept zeige ich Ihnen, wie Sie <span style=\"color: #696969;\"><strong>Tofu nach Teriyaki-Art<\/strong><\/span> zubereiten: au\u00dfen knusprig, innen zart und perfekt umh\u00fcllt von einer aromatischen Sauce. Knusprige Nori-Streifen runden das Gericht ab und verleihen ihm eine feine Meeresnote. Die Enden eventuell mit etwas Wasser verkleben. Tofuscheiben kurz in Maisst\u00e4rke w\u00e4lzen, \u00fcberfl\u00fcssige St\u00e4rke absch\u00fctteln.<\/li>\n<li>3 EL Pflanzen\u00f6l in einer beschichteten Pfannen erhitzen, Tofu bei mittlerer Hitze beidseitig goldgelb anbraten. Wenn es soweit ist, das \u00fcbrige \u00d6l weggie\u00dfen oder mit einem Blatt K\u00fcchenrolle aufsaugen, die Teriyaki-Sauce zugeben und bei kleiner Hitze einziehen lassen, einmal wenden.
