Die Bezeichnung &#8222;Ameisen&#8220; steht bildlich f\u00fcr die Hackfleischkr\u00fcmel und der &#8222;Baum&#8220; repr\u00e4sentiert die Glasnudeln. Die Kombination aus herzhaftem Fleisch, den weichen Glasnudeln und der w\u00fcrzigen Sauce verleiht dem Gericht seinen charakteristischen Geschmack und seine Textur.<\/p>\n<p>In China ist <span style=\"color: #696969;\"><em><strong>Mayi Shang Shu<\/strong><\/em><\/span> ein beliebtes Gericht in Restaurants, Stra\u00dfenk\u00fcchen und auch zu Hause. Hackfleisch hinzuf\u00fcgen und kr\u00fcmelig anbraten, dann Doubanjiang dazugeben und bei kleiner bis mittlerer Hitze weiter braten, bis das \u00d6l eine r\u00f6tliche Farbe annimmt.<\/li>\n<li>Glasnudeln einr\u00fchren, mit Sojasauce und Zucker w\u00fcrzen, ca. 50ml Wasser hinzuf\u00fcgen und so lange braten, bis die Glasnudeln die W\u00fcrzsauce vollst\u00e4ndig aufgenommen haben.
